Booking Policy

At Booking Ismah Car Transfer , we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure clarity and mutual understanding:
1. Booking Confirmation and Payment:

  • Upon scheduling a transfer service, a booking reservation receipt is generated.
  • Clients are required to pay the full amount for either one-way or return bookings at the time of reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • One-Way and Return Transfers:
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
    • Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a 100% charge of the booking amount.
  • Hourly and Daily Services:
    • Once a booking reservation receipt is generated, the client is responsible for the full payment of the reserved hours or days.
    • Cancellations or schedule changes for the regular transfers must be communicated at least 24 hours before the agreed pickup time.
    • If a client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
    • Cancellation for Hourly VAN/CAR Disposal must be communicated before 48 hours 
    • If a client cancels within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.

3. No-Shows:

  • Failure to appear for a scheduled transfer without prior cancellation will result in a 100% charge of the booking amount.

4. Modifications to Bookings:

  • Requests to modify bookings (e.g., change of pickup time or location) should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
